Treatment and Rehabilitation
As the drug situation changes and evolves, it is
increasingly acknowledged that treatment, as an integral
component of prevention, must be sufficiently flexible
and sensitive to match the needs of individuals with
differing characteristics and in differing circumstances.

Treatment and Rehabilitation Centres must
seek to adapt to the changing characteristics of
the population whom they serve!
