Linkages • Summary The global war against the illegal drug trade has propelled the instituting of a number of treaties and agreements aimed at facilitating a coordinated and supportive approach to countering the problem. Trinidad and Tobago is a signatory to several international and regional treaties and agreements which influence its drug demand reduction strategy. To promote the drug demand strategy, NADAPP collaborates with a number of key stakeholders both internally and externally. Internally links are made with government as well as nongovernmental organizations, community groups and other interested bodies.
